Sausages Made In-Store
Our sausages are made in-store and are available every Friday and Saturday and frozen during the week. All our sausages have quality, natural ingredients, and all-natural casings. Our sausages are nitrate-free and do not contain any fillers or preservatives.
Bison, Merguez, Herbed Wild Boar
Special Sausages, Bratwurst, Italian, and Greek
We do a Beef Sausage and Pork Breakfast Sausage with a three-week rotation of our Special Sausages, Bratwurst, Italian, and Greek (2/3 lamb, 1/3 pork).
We also incorporate other sausages (depending on the trim available), such as Bison, Merguez, and Herbed Wild Boar.
