We know that Alberta is all about the Beef, but what you might not know is that there is such a variety to choose from. This is where your local butcher shop comes in handy. Here is some of what you can expect in store at ACME Meats.
Natural Beef-Grain fed and finished on a custom-designed diet of wholesome grains and forages to produce a high level of marbling resulting in exceptionally tender and flavourful beef.
Grass-fed Grass-finished Beef from (Top Grass Cattle) Handhills Alberta. Raised without added hormones and antibiotics on pastures that are free of herbicide and pesticides.
Naturally raised Dry Aged Beef
sourced from just outside of Tofield, Alberta. Grass fed and grain finished it
is aged 21+ days resulting in an intense beef flavour that is both rich and
tender creating the ultimate steak experience.
AAA Beef sourced from Ponoka
Alberta. Conventionally raised and processed on a small-scale farm. Grain
finished beef that is wet aged 21+ days allowing for a tender well marbled cut
at a competitive price (when compared to our natural beef program).
