Please be as specific with your order as possible. We will need you to specify the cut, size, thickness, bone-in/boneless, skin-on/skinless and how you would like it packaged.

Please note:

1. We’ll respond to your online order request within the day to confirm the order and pick up date
2. We are not able to complete orders submitted on the same-day
3. Your order is not ready for pick up until it’s been confirmed by email. Thank you.
